The Overlook Suite - Spring Steet Overlook

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Overlook suite. The room is luxurious in every aspect. Nearby parking spot is a big bonus. We’ll be back!

The hosts were very accommodating. I had an oversized vehicle and they promptly worked with me finding a parking spot for it that was close by. The room was great and there are many choices for food and drink nearby..

Love staying here! This was our 4th time of staying at the Spring Street Overlook and it never fails to meet our expectations! I would highly recommend to all!!!

We go to Eureka Springs every year for the weekend of the St. Patrick's Day Parade. It also serves to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. Every year we try to stay at a different location. This year, I think we found a regular for this weekend. The room was amazing! Furnishings, construction, decor, everything was great! And the balcony, it was just right for watching the parade, passing out beads to spectators, and just chilling out in the evening with a drink and great company. The proprietors are great folks and very helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze and private parking within walking distance of your room (make sure your car is mid-sized at max). The only "bad" part were the 80# pillows (memory foam), but that's easy to get around. Overall, 100% will be booking for next year and many more after!!

The location is fantastic—just a short walk on the main strip with restaurants and boutique shopping. The bed was super comfortable, and I didn’t even mind that it wasn’t a king-sized bed. The blackout curtains on the windows were outstanding, but the balcony door desperately needs the same treatment, as light easily comes through. More concerning, the outer doorknob on the balcony door falls off far too easily. We nearly got stranded outside, and it could have been a real safety issue. That aside, it’s a great place to stay—convenient, comfortable, and well-situated. With a few small fixes, it would be perfect!
